Undergraduate in Territorial Planning

"The Bachelor in Territorial Planning, linked to the Bachelor in Sciences and Humanities, combines approaches, concepts and methods of territorial planning and development. The course integrates knowledge and instruments from different disciplinary areas, both in the human and social sciences (economics, administration, demography, urban and regional planning, law, political science, sociology, geography and history), as well as the exact and natural sciences (statistics, cartography, geoprocessing and ecology) .The course becomes innovative in addressing contemporary challenges that are manifested in dynamics such as metropolization, the revaluation of interior regions or socio-environmental vulnerability.The student will develop skills and competences to interpret demands and conflicts at different territorial scales, contributing to the development and implementation of development projects, programs and policies in local dimensions, me metropolitan, regional and national."
